  • How do I know which battery fits my car?

Use our user friendly ‘Battery Finder’ to locate the perfect battery for your car. The battery finder will usually give you more than one option as well. Or if you prefer give us a call (02 93101579) or drop in at our showroom (659 Botany Rd Rosebery) and we are sure that we will have the perfect battery for you.

Another way to find the perfect replacement is to bring your old battery even if it’s an NRMA battery or a Century battery, and we will find the perfect replacement for you. It does not matter if you have Mitsubishi or a Lexus we will match it for you.

  • What if I select and purchase a battery on the battery finder and then I realise that the battery is the incorrect size?

Don’t worry, if we realise that your battery is different to your purchase we will have the perfect battery for you with us. It makes no difference if you are at our showroom or you selected the delivery option.

Also any battery that is picked up at the showroom or delivered can be exchanged within 2 days as long as it’s not damaged and in as new condition. We understand that there are many models for major makes such as Mercedes Benz and Hyundai, so we will take the stress out of the selection process by giving you the exchange guarantee.

  • Can you deliver the battery to my home, and fit it?

Yes we do, we service Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and also Sydney city. If you purchase online, the checkout screen will ask you for your postcode – that will automatically show which delivery options you have based on your location.

  • Do you ship any battery Australia wide?

We only ship sealed batteries Australia wide with Australia Post, this includes motorcycle batteries and SLA batteries.

We can also ship our accessories.

  • How long should a battery last?

It does not make a difference if you have a Nissan or a Mazda; the life of the battery depends on many factors including the use of the vehicle (private or commercial) the conditions that you are driving in and how well you look after your car. As a general rule the life time is usually double what the warranty is but that could vary due to many factors. Super Charge was the first to introduce the 3 year warranty on its batteries in Australia.
